1. N2N Emergency Food/Small Grant Application: Due Date: March 1, 2013

Please submit MS Word Document application and a copy of your organization’s 501(c)3 determination or statement of affiliation for faith based organizations or government institutions via email to atownsley@uwgnh.org.

For your reference, please find the CT Food Bank Membership Program Requirements by clicking here. All eligible applicants must be a current member of the CT Food Bank and meet program requirements.

2. N2N Emergency Food/Large Grant Application: Due Date March 19, 2013

You can now access the 2013 Food Providers Large Grant Application by clicking here.

Please submit MS Word Document application via email to atownsley@uwgnh.org.
